I love so much the new protein shake from PhD.  I drink the shake mostly after exercise or I drink it at any time, or when I tried to avoid a high calories food even though I know that I can treat myself as long as the portion is sensible. I am exercising hard three times a week, so I will try not to indulge myself too much. The shake gives a good flavour with strawberry bits in it, plus vitamin included in the ingredients.  I mixed it with half water and half semi skimmed milk.  Delicious!
